Refund Policy
At Capstone EdTech, we strive to offer high-quality workshops that provide valuable learning experiences. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our workshops and the process to request one.
Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds for Cancellations by Capstone EdTech:
- If we cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason (such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen events), you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the workshop.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
- You will be notified of cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another session.
2. Refunds for Cancellations by the Participant:
- More than 7 days before the workshop: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees
- Less than 7 days before the workshop: If you cancel your registration within 7 days of the workshop, a refund will not be issued. However, you may be allowed to transfer your registration to a future session of the same workshop (subject to availability), with prior approval from Capstone EdTech.
- No-show or late arrival: If you fail to attend the workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Processing Fees: Any applicable administrative or processing fees paid at the time of registration.
- Materials: Fees related to any course materials, books, or kits that are non-refundable once provided.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide a reason for your refund request (if canceling due to personal reasons).
- Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of submission.
Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
- Processing Time: Refunds will generally be processed within 14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the services rendered or materials provided before the cancellation request.
Special Circumstances
Capstone EdTech understands that sometimes special circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend the workshop due to illness, emergencies, or other significant events, we encourage you to reach out to us. We may be able to offer a more flexible solution, such as a transfer to a future workshop or credit toward another event.

Capstone EdTech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last revision will be noted at the top of the policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
